It is never a dull moment when Mayor Don is involved. He is absolutely right. There are some serious issue with things at APD. I don't believe it is at the patrol level. They are working hard on the streets. It is an upper level problem and Hlynsky does nothing to make it better. He and Warner could be twins, always part of the problem and never part of the solution.

If Don "P" could use a little "P"atience and wait for his 9-1-1 call to be answered, he wouldn't have to call 4 times.

I guess it is beyond his level of understanding to comprehend that "calls are answered in the order they are received".

I guess that is what happens when you have a huge Mayoral Cabinet who places your phone calls for you, then calls you to the line when the other party is there rather than living in the real world like the rest of us.

Mayor Don needs a couple of 12 step programs, and at least 1 of them for sure.

Has anyone asked what happens to an incoming call when a number of calls are made to the dispatching center at the same time? Specifically, are calls made while all the other lines are busy automatically transferred to 'hold' and answered as soon as the other lines are not busy?
The Mayor inplies he was put 'on hold'. True or not?
